Héctor Hernández is a retired biologist who worked all his life in the conservation of Veracruz biggest natural parks. He is now applying his passion and knowledge around agroforestry to the cultivation of coffee and orchids in his farm called Chirimoyo, named after the soursop fruit tree that you find in the farm.
